Your TRUE electrolyte losses for any given temperature range can only be acurately determined by taking a Sweat Analysis Test
Otherwise, you can try customizing in a three - step process, summarized by the following equation. (As this is only a guide, you may need to further tweek your customization based on your individual symptoms): Please note that zone caps have been discontinued and replaced by ZONE CAPS X 5 Buffered electrolyte capsules.
| Temperature | + | Sweat Profile | = | Customized Formula |
| (Step 1) | (Step 2) | (Step 3) |
What is the temperature range in which you be be training / competing?
| Training Conditions | |
| Temperature Range | Zone |
| < 60° F/16° C | Low |
| 60°-75° F/16°-23° C | Medium |
| > 75° F/23° C | High |
Fahrenheit = F
Celsius = C
Using the chart below, determine which Sweat Profile, Light, Medium or Heavy, is the best reflection of you:
| Sweat Profile | |
| Sweat Profile | Characteristics |
| Light |
|
| Medium |
|
| Heavy |

Once you have figured out the temperature and your sweat profile, you can mix your e load™ and customize your drink to match. It's that easy!
The following table summarizes this step:
| Per 32 fl oz/1000ml | Low Temperature [<60° F / 16° C] | Medium Temperature [60 - 75° F / 16 - 23° C] | High Temperature [>75° F / 23° C] |
| Light Sweat Profile | e load™ Only | e load™ Only | e load™ Only |
| Medium Sweat Profile | e load™ Only | e load™ + | e load™ + 1x ZONE CAPS™ X 5 |
| Heavy Sweat Profile | e load™ + 2 X ZONE CAPS™X5 | e load™ + 3 X ZONE CAPS™X5 | e load™ + 4+ X Zone Caps™ X 5 |

Dear Dr. Stoddard:
As defending Rowing World Champions, my teammates and I are training hard to win again this summer in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Training more than thirty hours per week means that fluid intake and electrolyte replacement is key to maintaining our intensity on the water. E load has been a big part of our winter training, and will be a real asset when we go into the heat of the Beijing Olympics this summer.
Kyle Hamilton 2002, 2003, 2007 Rowing World Champion, Men's Eight, 2008 Olympic Men's Eight Gold Medallists.
Congratulations to the Canadian Men's 8 Rowing 2008 Olympic Gold Champions fueled by e load!
