1)Put the FLY powder in your water bottle.
2)Add a small amount of water* or e load endurance formula to cover your FLY powder by an inch or two. *Warmer water will dissolve the powder more rapidly in this initial stage of mixing.
3)Shake the mix vigorously in your water bottle until dissolved Before adding additional fluid.
